Some sites are designed with multiple entrances, all leading into the same content. Web-Stat shows you what percentage of your total traffic enters through each one of these entrance pages.
If you only have one entrance page into your site (your home page) then the entrance pages report will show only one bar with 100% of the traffic going through your main page. If you do have several entry pages then you need to paste the Web-Stat code on each one of them. Once you have done so, go into the CounterCentral Control Panel and make sure that 'Type of Tracking' is set to 'Unique Visitor' : this will ensure that the same visitor navigating through your site (and possibly visiting several of your entrance pages during the same visit) only triggers the counter once.
