Spring and summer are the best times
of the year to to visit Merseyside when the weather is milder
and warm. During the winter months
you will need a warm coat when the region experiences a
little snow and cold winds.
Ice can be a problem so it's best during these months to
have sensible walking shoes. An umbrella is a must all year
round I'm afraid.
