FLANAGANS APPLE
MATHEW STREET, LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE

Flanegans is an original Irish Pub (not theme pub) which has been in operation for years and won many prizes. Don't be put off by its dodgy exterior because once yer in there you'll see more dodgy interior. But this is why the pub is so cool. You can sit on barrel, an old wooden chair or even the floor (no one cares).

The walls are covered with lots Irish heritage pieces and the ceiling only consists of thick wooden beams. With three floors this pub is massive which it has to be because this is 'the' most popular traditional pub in the city.

A personal fave of mine, this pub has everything, from live music downstairs (lots of Beatles stuff) to the massive beer mugs you drink from (very heavy on the drinking arm). I love it you will too, for sure!
